build hardware
Greetings all,
Building my first boat, a slightly modified hankinson 14' drift boat. quick question on hardware. Are Brass screws usable? I know they're a bit soft, but workable if I countersink correctly. Nobody around here stocks much in the way of bronze and they all seem to be perrenially out of the stainless sizes I need.

That's a great looking drifter! I am also looking at the Hankinson design and you've given me a lot of inspiration!
