Good news. I sold the boat to a fellow in Grants Pass Oregon. He is planning on using it in a Rogue River Dory museum. Hopefully, some day you and your husband will be able to visit the museum and see that beautiful boat on display.

Hi Cathy,
I absolutely love this boat and have spent many days in it this month. I hope to be in it as much as possible this year and to continue refinishing the interior. I cannot explain how grateful I am to own such a well built boat. I'm sorry about the circumstances leading to it's sale, it must have been very hard to get rid of such a beautiful boat. I hope to continue to run with and care for this boat for many years. I will keeping posting more pictures of it in action or as I continue to refinish it. Thanks for the note and take care,
Hello Stirling, welcome to Wooden Boat People. I am glad to see a new member in the area. I live in the Spokane Valley and look out at Idaho when I sit here at my computer. What kind of boats do you have, are you thinking about building one?
