You need to clean up that shop. It's a mess and give me back those straps and where is the 30 dollars for the electric you owe me? There is no beer in the fridge. What kind of boat shop are you running?
Well with one foot of plascore you certainly would have had some floatation! I wonder if it could be bent? Building your self bailing system would have been easy, just drill some 2" holes above the top of the plascore.
If you were able to shape a foam core interior starting with an 18" or so deep block you could not have to worry about bulkheads, just remove the foam where you want to have open spaces and then build lids over that. You would also have a very forgiving lower hull where damage would only be cosmetic, not trip threatening. Lots of floatation, insulation for cold storage and less epoxy! certainly wouldn't be traditional!

There is also a stretcher in the rear, critical to get the side panels to mate the beveled transom edge.
Bottom will be 1' plascore, glued to the bottom of the side panel edge once the rest of the bulkheads are tacked in place.
Looks like you are building open-side up, using the 2x4 with blocks on the bottom to fix the bottom width, a couple bulk heads and one stretcher to set the flair. How are you planning on attaching the bottom? Is the bottom going to be plascore? Are you going to stitch it between the side panel like Jason from MBB does, or glue it to the side panel bottom edge like MRB and the framed boats.
