Anyone build a freestone classic from Montana Boat Buiders?

I have decided to go that route and now I am waiting for the plans. Anyone have any input on building that model. I went with the 15', planning on going with a ply bottom vs. honeycomb, not sure I trust plastic honeycomb, plus I want an all wood boat. Any advice on building that model?

I am sure you have already visited this forum - but here it is again... This forum has an emphasis on stitch and glue building with lots of experienced builders to tap for info.
