Glue Question

I'm just starting to build a 17' driftboat kit. Does anyone have experience with using a polyurethane glue like "Gorilla Glue" instead of epoxy? The advantage being that it doesn't have to be mixed in batches.

Noob Boat Builder

Im new to boat building and have started a Rapid Roberts style project. I have collected several plans off of the internet after reading Roger Fletchers Book really hooked on building one myself. I'm not new to wood just wood boats and dont mind doing my homework before getting started.
